Clarksville Scores Winning Bid to Host AAU Boys’ Basketball National Championships for 2021 & 2023

Officials with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) last week named Clarksville as the site of the 2021 and 2023 Boys Basketball National Championships for 10-and-Under and 4th Grade Division I and Division II.

TACA Commits to Hold Tennessee East-West All-Star Classic in Clarksville for 4 Years

Officials with the Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association (T.A.C.A) and Visit Clarksville have signed a new four-year contract to stage the annual Tennessee East-West All-Star Classic at Fortera Stadium on the campus of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville. The game has been played at the home of the Governors for the past two years, and the new contract solidifies the presence of the contest in Clarksville through the 2023 season.

Justice Enlow, Miss Belle Meade, was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2020 Saturday at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Ansley Ecker, Miss Memphis, was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2020. The October 2019 pageant marked its 20th year in Clarksville.
