Fine Fettle: Farm-to-Table
The Food Initiative invites you to an evening of fine "progressive" dinning at Old Glory Distilling Co on Saturday, August 18, 2018.
The evening will begin with appetizers prepared by the new Strawberry Alley Ale Works in Clarksville, TN. Grab a domestic beer, wine, or a jar of fresh, seasonal lemonade made on site by Not Just Lemonade. Dinner tastings will be prepared by talented chefs from Husk Nashville, Butcher & Bee, Virago, Chartwell at APSU, Marsh House, and the "Korean Chef" at Kindred Farm. Last, but not least, Golly G's and Lisa White, from Marsh House and Killebrew Coffee will be serving up sweet treats.
Bar and silent auction open at 6:30 pm. Dinner and dessert will be served following a short presentation by Food Initiative youth at 7:30 pm. The silent auction will close at 8:30 pm and the bar will close at 9:00 pm.
General Admission Tickets are $75 and include appetizers, dinner, dessert, and an open bar serving domestic beer and wine. Fine Fettle signature cocktails will also be available at the event for $5.
