Take the last frame to Clarksville … for the first time in over three decades, film has returned to the corner of Franklin and First! Sponsored by Planters Bank, with additional support provided by the Clarksville-Montgomery County Arts & Heritage Development Council, this film series features vintage flicks and modern classics, presented on Sunday afternoons in our 169-seat auditorium.

Admission is $5 (cash or check only). Tickets for each film go on sale one week prior to the showing and are available at the box office between 9:00am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. Any remaining tickets are available at the door one hour prior to showtime. Popcorn, assorted candy and bottled water are available as concessions.

 The Lion King

Disney’s award-winning animated masterpiece follows the adventures of the young lion Simba, exiled after his wicked uncle, Scar, plots to usurp the throne and kills his father, King Mufasa. With the help of a hilarious meerkat named Timon and a warmhearted warthog named Pumbaa, Simba returns as an adult to take back his homeland from Scar and to claim his place in the “Circle of Life.”
