The 2017 CFC Challenge is back for a 4th year! We've upped the ante every year and this year will be no different! Prepare for another GREAT competition from your CrossFit Clarksville friends!

The CFC Challenge is a team competition with scaled AND RX divisions. Teams are M/M & F/F.

The scaled competition is on Saturday (20-May) and RX competition on Sunday (21-May)

We're expecting this competition to sell out, so register ASAP to secure your spot!

WOD DESCRIPTIONS

WOD 1
"Hang Time" brought to you by Barbell Voodoo
1 RM Hang Clean and Jerk
*Teams will have a specified amount of time to successfully complete their best lift of the day
**Team score will be the sum of team members maximal lifts.

WOD 2
The One Hour Heating and Air "800 Meters to AMRAP"
RX
15 minute time cap of:
1) 800M for time,
Followed immediately by
2) AMRAP with the remaining time of:
25 x Deadlift (275/185)
25 x Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)
25 x DB Snatch (50/35)
25 x DU

SCALED
15 minute time cap of:
1)800M for time,
Followed immediately by
2) AMRAP with the remaining time of:
25 x Deadlift (185/125)
25 x Burpee Box Jump Over (Can Step Over)
25 x DB Snatch (35/25)
25 x Single Jump Rope

*This workout will count as two separate scores; one score for the 800M run and one score for the AMRAP
*Both team members must run the 800M

*ALL levels of athletes are encouraged to participate in the CFC Challenge. We will allow infinite scaling in the SCALED DIVISION, but teams not completing the WOD as posted will not be eligible to Podium.
